This month’s newsletter is entitled a ‘period of blackness’. When the early church became connected with worldly power and wisdom, in the Constantine era she lost her purity of doctrine and practice. It is this connection and continual compromise of the pure faith that paved way for the Man of sin to arise, which led to the church’s captivity for 1260 Years. Nevertheless while this was happening there was a cry from the throne room in the midst of the four beasts stating: “hurt not the oil and the wine” The oil and the wine represent the graces of the spirit, faith and love; yet while the apostasy was to be world wide, there will be a remnant that will hold fast to the established faith of the body. The same history is repeating itself today. Modern Israel i.e. the Adventist Church is refusing to take heed from the warning of the prophets and is entering into illicit relationships with the state and the fallen churches of Babylon. It is this fornication that will pave way for the man of sin to arise once again as depicted in Daniel 11:40-45 nevertheless as the voice in the midst of the four beasts cries see ‘thou hurt not the oil and the wine’ so again He cries ‘Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads’ As always, God will preserve a small remnant that will hold fast to the established faith of the body. The question we need to ask ourselves today is ‘Will I be a part of that special number?’
This is an issue not to be missed. See our newsletters section of the website.
